Chapter President
Noah Kalbfleisch
The chapter president is responsible for leading his brothers and managing the operations of the chapter. He is the face of the Fraternity to the chapter, the Greek community and the university.
Noah is a Junior majoring in Accounting and is from Corpus Christi, Texas. After graduation he plans to continue school to earn his Masters Degree. He rushed in the Spring of 2018 and when asked to describe SigEp in one word he said "dedication". Since Noah rushed, he has been the VP of Finance and now the President so he knows a little about dedication. He stresses how it is important to dedicate your time and efforts to the fraternity because it will only make you a better man and also make SigEp a better fraternity.
Vice President of Programming
Joshua Bocanegra
The vice president of programming is responsible for the planning and execution of the chapter’s events and functions. He is the head of the programming committee and works to ensure his brothers have a balanced, values-based experience.
Joshua is a Sophomore majoring in History and is from San Antonio, Texas. He plans to be a teacher at a university after he graduates. He rushed in the Spring of 2018 and his one word to describe SigEp is "scholarship". He chose scholarship because of how much emphasis SigEp puts on getting good grades and becoming the best student you can be.
Vice President of Member Development
Zach Greene
The vice president of member development oversees the development experience of each brother providing support and structure during a crucial part of their lives. Managing the chapter’s membership experience by implementing the Balanced Man Program is the keystone of the role, providing a positive fraternal experience and ensuring strong chapter leadership and operations. The vice president of member development ensures that our Founder’s vision lives on day in, day out, at every one of our chapters.
Zach is a Junior majoring in Marketing and is from Magnolia, Texas. After graduation he plans to work for a small company and help them grow their business. He rushed in the Spring of 2018 and his one word to describe SigEp is "brotherhood". He chose this word because after rushing he realized that he was a part of brotherhood that was bigger than just the TX Chi chapter.
Vice President of Recruitment
Kenneth Jowers
The vice president of recruitment drives the quantity and quality of a chapter’s membership. By successfully recruiting the best men on campus, he ensures a great fraternity experience for his brothers and the long-term success of his chapter.
Kenneth is a Sophomore majoring in Nursing and is from Kerrville, Texas. He plans to pursue a career as a flight nurse after graduation. He rushed in the Fall of 2017 and his one word for describing SigEp is "family". He says that SigEp is a huge family that has members all over the United States and a family is truly what you receive when you rush SigEp.
Vice President of Communication
Michael Lopez
The vice president of communications is the chapter’s information officer, lead storyteller, and the primary protector of the chapter’s brand as well as the Grand Chapter’s brand. By wielding tools like chapter sites and social media, this position can help shape perception of the chapter and put its brand in a position to thrive on campus.
Michael is a Junior majoring in Kinesiology and is from San Antonio Texas. He hopes to become an Occupational Therapist one day. Michael rushed in the Fall of 2017 and hasn't look back since. His one word to describe SigEp is "love". He says all the brothers love each other no matter what and that is what makes this great fraternity so wonderful to be a part of.
Vice President of Finance
Jorden Dunbar
The vice president of finance is the chapter’s chief financial officer. He is entrusted with managing the chapter’s budget and properly allocating financial resources.
Jorden is a Sophomore majoring in Finance and is from Austin, Texas. After graduation he wants to be the finance controller of a company. He rushed in the Fall of 2017 and his word for SigEp is "connections". He knows that being a part of SigEp will help him make connections that will be there for the rest of his life.
Chaplain
Jake Dombrowski
The chaplain is bestowed with the care and guard of the Fraternity’s Ritual. He also leads the judicial branch of the chapter. In doing so, he is responsible for holding all members accountable to the principles of Virtue, Diligence and Brotherly Love, as well as the other standards of membership. Additionally, the chaplain plays a key role in recognizing and reinforcing the positive behaviors and actions of his brothers.
Jake is a Sophomore majoring in Pre Professional Biomedical Science and is from Buffalo, New York. His goal is to go medical school after graduation. His one word to describe SigEp is "growth". He says that when you enter the fraternity you are young and naive to the real world but the fraternity guides you through your growth process and makes you into a man ready for the outside world after college.
