This 4th weekend of February, five brothers from our Texas Chi Chapter attended the annual Carlson Leadership Academy in Irving, Texas. They spent the weekend meeting brothers from all over the country, both fellow undergraduates and alumni. This event showed great benefit for the brothers attending, learning many leadership and positional skills for the growth of themselves and of the Texas Chi chapter. Jay Walk, Class of ’88, gave insight on striving to be a leader both in your job field and to always remember humility as a leader. Our brothers enjoyed talks from notable alumni providing them with new information on leadership, critical thinking and what it truly means to be worthy enough to be a brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
